About
Hello… *standing up* My name is Tim… and I’m a Buffalo GameBuff :) How did I get to this realization? Lets peer briefly into the past. I have loved board games ever since I was able to roll dice. I have fond childhood memories of classic games like Monopoly, Stratego, Life, Clue, Dark Tower, Risk, Checkers, Sorry, Chess and oh so many more. I now have been creating new fond memories of classic, as well as, new board games. My love of board and card games reignited when I was exposed to many of the smaller and independent publishers of board games while I attended gamming conventions, while promoting my own fantasy comic book series, that included everything from roleplaying games to collectible card games, to party games to strategy games from around the world. I look forward to learning of games I have yet to play.
Growing up in the Buffalo, NY area, and being a dabbling writer and artist, I have a fond appreciation for the creative people that are in the Western New York area. One such group of people are developing imaginitive and fun games within the walls of Buffalo Games. I was also happy to originally learn that they still design and manufacture their products in-house in Buffalo, NY. So I am proud to proclaim that I am a Buffalo GameBuff as I work with Buffalo Games to help introduce people to fun games with the introduction of this ever evolving blog.
With this blogs focus on casual games, working with Buffalo Games to reach out to the casual gaming community about their games and behind the scenes info was a logical fit. Being a local company, to me at least, and being able to work with them and have access to their employees for pics and interviews and offices and all that fun behind the scenes stuff and with my wife, Kristin, helping develop some of their new games, I have the ability to offer a unique insight to you. I also will be spotlighting other large and small game companies that work on casual games. Look for lots of “stuff” in 2008.

Thanks for the comment. I play some fighting and first person shooter games but not competatively. But if anyone else sees this and is interested they can contact you. And I too wish you luck on the video game circuit.
