I wouldn't say it's a total rip-off. In early December I wrote a closer look post in this blog about The T-Shirt game and also mentioned this. I was initially skeptical too, having played Apples to Apples many times already but after playing The T-Shirt Game I was won over. For those that like Apples to Apples and are looking for something like it but more visual and, depending on your opinions, more hip, then The T-Shirt Game fits the bill. I have both in my collection and so far there are no fights or confusion between the two games on the shelf :) I'd be curious to hear more of your detailed thoughts on The T-Shirt Game.
