Halloween board game playing and snacks
This Halloween my friends and I got together for some food and games and fun and candy… can’t forget the candy. We also can’t forget the games. And strolling the good ole’ internets I see many others shared our gaming fun at Halloween parties.

For instance, above is a photo from Jane Elizabeth’s Halloween party she went to. I figured readers are tired of seeing my friends and I playing games all the time so I asked Elizabeth, a fellow game fan from Nebraska, if I could post her photo on the blog. Look for more photos and posts from other readers and game groups in the future. This blog has really gathered a great gaming readership and the blog will start reflecting that gaming community feel more.
“the group in the picture is playing Ticket to Ride. We played Killer Bunnies in the dining room.” – Elizabeth

My friends and I enjoyed playing a hilarious game of Likewise at our Halloween party. Laura even made some caramel apples based off the Halloween snacks post I had on the blog. They were tasty. Though I should add another tip to the Halloween snacks post to place any store bought apples in boiling water for a second or two to boil off the coating they place on the apples as the coating causes the caramel to slide off the apple.

I love Ticket to Ride! It’s so funny to me that other people know about this game. Perhaps I’m more sheltered than I thought. I have a friend who buys board games for us to play, and he the most random and unheard-of games. Ticket to Ride was one that I thought nobody else knew about! Haha.
I found a post on Peterman’s Eye today about board games….it’s great! Thought I’d share…
