Game nights bring friends and family together for fun.  Other than our memories, how better to remember the night than photos.  Game Night pictures can take in all aspects of the night and group.  They can include any and all of the following :

- Candid shots of people playing games.  This is a staple of game night pictures and can include a quick snap with little or no preparation and does not matter what type of camera is used. 

- Group shots of who showed up that night. These are nice to keep and show on web pages for your group and helps show all the happy little gamers in one photo.  Feel free to wear group shirts… that’s always fun… well not as fun as the games themselves.

- Random quirky photos that can include photos of the snacks and drinks table, the amount of empty pizza boxes the group went through, funny faces, a custom made board game piece, artsy type photos, funny shirts and clothes, joking around, etc

The above list is nowhere near complete, feel free to add to this list with your own ideas via comments or e-mail me.  Just have fun and respect other people’s privacy and don’t post embarrasing pictures of anyone before getting their ok.  The best part is then sharing the pictures with everyone afterward.  Send through e-mail, start a photo album, a virtual photo album like at Flickr, etc. 

So this leads up to me starting a virtual photo album for readers of this blog and fellow Buffalo GameBuffs members. I will start a collection of friends, families and groups showing them playing Buffalo Games board and card games. Simply send your photos to me at : tim@buffalogamebuffsblog.com. Please add ”game night photos” in the Subject line, feel free to briefly describe the picture(s), select a few of your favs to send [I don't need to see all 100 game night photos ] and keep the file sizes low.  You can view the start of the Buffalo GameBuffs photo album here. I’ll add to it as I receive more photos. I will also add a section, in the album, for photos of people working on Buffalo Games puzzles.

I have started the ball rolling with my own friends playing a quick game of Nacho Loco.  The photo above shows my friends and myself in the, always desirable, red shirt… which means I’ll either lose the game or die while out on a Star Trek mission  :)  Our friend, Laura, took many candid type shots while we played and I selected a few of them to post in the album.  As a side note, we finished up the night playing a long round of 3D Ultra Minigolf on Xbox 360 until 2:00am… we finished though.

Note: In regards to the photos submitted, I have the right to post or not post any photos that are sent and edit, for clarity, size, etc., any text copy you may send to go along with the photos.  By sending your photos you give me the right to post your photos in this blog and/or photo album.  Phew… got that stuff out of the way, now I look forward to seeing all your great photos.
